CLASSIC READING CHALLENGE.

Do you ever feel tired of reading? Do you feel like you are bored with reading and need to change my book genre?

We all love books but sometimes we get bored with reading. We feel tired and exhausted and don’t feel like picking up the novel. Sometimes you post a nice pick of coffee and your current read but then u don’t feel like reading. You just look at the book and say to yourself that you will read after having a look at your social media or doing some other not so important work.

Every one of us goes through that feeling. Even though we love reading and all, we get lazy sometimes.

I present to you a new challenge that I will be taking up to read and reviewing each and every book. On the page below is the photo of the first 88 novels I will be reading.

Picture downloaded from Pinterest.

I will be reading each novel and will be reviewing them. Each novel is a classic that is loved by every book reader. It is always a Must-read in every blog by all bloggers. A bitter truth is that I was bored and frustrated. I had to look for books and all the same genre books were kind of boring so I will be reviewing in an easy and simple way.

The first 22 novels that will be reviewed in the next 3 months are;

  • A Christmas Carol.

Keep reading and encourage others.

Thank you for your time.

  1. I cannot recommend ‘Wuthering Heights’ enough. It is just marvellous, and one of the books I studied for my English Literature exams at school. If ‘The Stranger’ is the Albert Camus book, ‘L’Etranger’, then that too is a wonderful example of existentialist writing. I studied that in French, for my French exams.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. I haven’t read wuthering heights but I have heard a lot about it. Yes, the stranger is Albus Camus’ novel. I am looking forward to it too. Do you recommend any other classics?? I would live to try

      1. I always recommend anything by Charles Dickens, especially Great Expectations. Anna Karenina by Tolstoy is very good too. I see you have The Catcher in The Rye on your list. That is a wonderful coming of age story indeed. 🙂

    2. These are the ones I’ve read: A Christmas Carol, The Scarlett Letter, Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, and Gulliver’s Travels. I read them so long ago, but I think Pride and Prejudice was the only one I did not like that much. There are a couple more that I’m not sure if I read or just saw the movie.

  3. Great, all those are the upcoming books. 🙂 I will review them turn by turn. I have heard a lot about pride and prejudice but never read it. From wuthering heights, Jane Eyre, the diary of a young girl, pride and prejudice, Gullivers travels, which one do you think I should read next? Just a normal survey.
